General provisions
1.1. These regulations specify the rules for using the online store offering astrological services.

Orders
3.1. Orders for astrological services are placed via forms available on the store’s website.

3.2. The order is binding after the customer has made payment.

3.3. The online store reserves the right to refuse to process an order if it is impossible to provide the service or for other justified reasons.

Payments
4.1. Prices for astrology services are presented on the store’s website and are expressed in the currency selected by the customer.

4.2. The customer pays for astrological services in accordance with the selected payment method available on the store’s website.

4.3. After making the payment, the customer receives an order confirmation to the provided e-mail address.

5. Complaints

5.1 In the event of problems with the astrology session, the Client has the right to file a complaint.

5.2 Complaints should be submitted in writing to the store’s address info@datewithastrology.com or via the contact form available on the store’s website.

5.3 The DwA online store will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

6.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of the astrological session, without giving a reason, with the possibility of a full refund.

6.2 Withdrawal from the contract should be reported in writing to the store’s address info@datewithastrology.com or using the contact form available on the store’s website.

6.3 The DwA online store will refund the cost of the order to the customer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

Responsibility
7.1. The online store is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of astrological services.

7.2. The online store is not responsible for the understandingt of asatrology content by customer

Personal data protection
8.1. Customers’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law and the privacy policy of the online store.

8.2. The customer consents to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order and for marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable law.

Final Provisions
9.1. These regulations may be changed at any time.

9.2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
